What is it about the cast of 90210 that makes their lifetime movies so much better than all the others? I mean, I guess I could be biased because I love 90210, but who can deny the greatness of "Mother, may I sleep with Danger?" or "Friends 'til the End?" I hope they were paying them some major cash because they were constantly in danger of being killed by some scary stalker.
I guess it makes sense that they would be great candidates for made-for-tv movies, because the plots on the show were very similar. I wonder if Tori ever got confused while filming MMISWD and called the scary abusive stalker Ray instead of Kevin?

I think maybe someday I'm going to write my first book about the cast of 90210. I would so enjoy getting all of the dirt and I think that I would do a really good job because I know so much about the show already. Although, I honestly think I would pee my pants if I ever met Luke Perry in person. My BFF Meredith swears that she sat next to Luke Perry's sister on a plane when she was a little girl. First of all, I wonder if that girl just liked going around and telling people she was Luke's sister, but really wasn't related to him at all (who does this remind you of?) (I always hated Erika and her horrible mother). Second of all, why can't stuff like that ever happen to the right person? Why can't Meredith be sitting next to Robert Plant's cousin on a plane next time, and I'll sit down next to Luke's sister. Anyway, I wonder if anybody would buy a book written about the behind the scenes goings on at 90210? Probably no one except me, the writer--nobody really cares anymore.
So here are some of my favorite scenes from the 90210 stars' tv movies, and I have also included some clips from 90210 to demonstrate the training it provided. I apologize for the poor quality of some of the video (apparently no one thought it was worthwhile to sell "Friends 'til the End" on VHS or DVD. Or if they did, no one on youtube has taken the time to add it--except people who just film their tv while it is showing on LMN).
Enjoy!

This is "Falling For You" starring Jennie Garth aka Kelly Taylor. Basically,
a serial killer attacks Jennie, a commercial artist, which leaves her with amnesia and then he becomes her neighbor.I've never seen it, but it looks cheesy and awesome. The whole amnesia thing reminds me of when Kelly had amnesia after being shot in a drive-by. Remember that?

That was really crazy. I tried to find clips of Lies of the Heart: The Story of Laurie Kellogg, which is my all-time favorite Jennie Garth made-for-tv movie, but there was nothing. If you ever happen upon it on LMN, watch it! It's great!
This is a clip from the classic "Friends 'til the End." Shannon has an amazing voice, don't you think? This has to be one of my all time favorite made-for-tv movies.
This is "A Friend to Die For" which is also sometimes called "Death of A Cheerleader." It is such an awesome movie! Tori plays such a bitch. She has obviously been taking notes while watching Brenda and Kelly duke it out.

I love it when Andrea says "thanks for the memories" in her little memaw gown.If they were trying to make her seem as young as the rest of the cast, they weren't doing a very good job.
This is the amazing work of Valerie Malone, aka Tiffani-Amber Thiessen. And did you notice a young Mr.David Silver came to her rescue at the end there? This must have been when they were dating in real life.
This is the award winning film "Co-ed Call Girl." If you couldn't tell from the title it is about a girl (played by Tori) who is in college and gets wrapped up in the world of professional escorting. Acting at it's finest.
